According to Louise Converse in her book "Decendents of Abraham Hawks'' ca 1760-1838, there was no age nor cause of death listed for Nathanial, Jr, but the death was reported by his father, Nathaniel. There is also no clue as to the order of his birth into the family. He is inserted between Mickey and Orville because of the three year span between their ages.
