  !This information was provided by his granddaughter, Gail Christiansen just one month after his death. He died in a nursing home in High Point, North Carolina. !Marshall 0101, pp. 1, 2 !Marshall 0150, p. - This source gives his birth year as 1994 and his death day as the 7th. Pilot Mountain Cemetery. Cemetery survey by Bob Cartert in October, 2003. The tombstone has March 7 on it instead of March 6 as other sources have. From center of town in Pilot Mountain (N.
