  !Marshall 0033, Pg. 5 & 6 - He is buried in a cemetary on Sullivantown Rd. about 3 miles from Walkertown. There is no marker. !Marshall 0127, p. 13 - He served in the Civil War, was wounded in the leg and was taken prisoner. He was released after the war.
