thoughts: currently, Chesley cannot be found after the 1790 Census. At this point, I am assuming that Chesly had died, and left Rebecca a widow shortly after 1800 because of 2 children under 10 years of age. There are no other family members to associate Rebecca with and since it appears that Moses and Rebecca signed the census at the same time, she was part of the family group.
