Mr. Marshall was born in Patrick County, April 26, 1929 to Andy and Nora Brim Marshall. He was a retired farmer. Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, Randy Darrell and Margaret Marshall of Mt. Airy; Leslie Dwight and Teena Marshall of Pilot Mountain; and Dale Marshall and special friends of Marion, VA; grandchildren, Adam and Lynn; four great grandchildren; and one remaining brother. In addition to his parents, Mr. Marshall was preceded in death by a sister, Gaye Hiatt and three brothers, Lewis, Junis and Clifton Marshall. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at Moody Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Rev. Arlis Thomas. Burial will follow in New Beginnings Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday night from 7:00 to 9:00 at the funeral home.
