Christopher S. "Chris" Mayberry
Christopher S. "Chris" Mayberry, 21, of Chesterfield, passed suddenly on June 26, 2003. He is survived by his mother, Jennifer Ileane Mayberry; his father and stepmother, Elwood L. "Pete" and June B. Hines; maternal grandmother, (his "Mema) Lorria "Mae" Mayberry; uncle, Roger D. Mayberry; aunts, Debi Smith and her husband, Rick, Joan Blanton and her husband, Raymond; two half sisters; two half brothers; soul mate and best friend, Travis S. Ruffin; godson, Isaiah S. Ruffin; special cousin, Matt Smith; and many other cousins and loving friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved "Pepa", Thurman T. "Rabbit" Mayberry. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the Morrissett Funeral Home, 6500 Iron Bridge Rd. (Rt. 10), where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday. Interment in Sunset Memorial Park.
