    I just started on researching our family tree. I have 600 names entered so
    far in the program Family Tree Maker. I obtained most of my information
    from my uncle, Norman Nale.

    On my grandfather's side of the family, I have information on the Nale
    family back to Germany around 1720 and the Denny family back to 1786. (I
    found further information on our Denny family on the internet back to
    Ireland around 1763. I understand that information found on the internet is
    a starting point for finding the actual records.)

    On my grandmother's side, Marshall's you know and the Overton family back to
    1797. (I found our Overton family back to England about 1547 in the LDS
    Ancestral File.)

    I don't know how to send gedcoms or data bases or whatever people send.

    The easiest way for me is to cut and paste and send my notes.

    I found your family tree online and I thought I'd email you. My grandfather, Norman Emerson Nale is on your website. You have his birth date as 1927. He was born on April 27, 1927. He married June Marie Thompson. With June he had two children, Patricia Ann Nale born on May 12, 1950 in New Albany, Indiana and Stephen Michael Nale. Patricia married Kenneth Blaine Reynolds on April 10, 1971. Kenneth was born on January 22, 1951 in Danville, Illinois. June and Norman were divorced and Norman remarried Peggy Chastain. With Peggy, he had two more children, Jack Nale and Gary Nale.
