Notes |
- !Marshall 0001 - His real name was John Wolfspairer. In fact the name is found spelled several different ways such as "Wolfersberger", Wolfenbarger"
"Wolfsperger" and "Wolfvanberger". This is a complex and very interesting line of the family. I have used the name "Sparger" for him and all of his descendents. The reason for this is because they changed the name later to "Sparger" or to "Spargur" depending on which group of descendents you are looking at. Some used one name and some used the other name. It is simply easier to follow the family line by using the name "Sparger" throughout.

wolfersberger, Johannes - Memorial - In the unnumbered documents folder - This is a picture of the memorial stone dedicated to JOHANNES WOLFERSBERGER and ANNA MARGARETHA ENSMINGER WOLFERSBERGER. It is located in the Lutheran Cemetery, Schaefferstown, Pennsylvania, Memorial Day 27 May 1996. The stone has a list of their children on it which does not agree completely with the other documentation I have about this family. I made some modifications to my data based on what is on the memorial stone. - DWM - 5/12/2004
