Elkanah Harrison Dean, has a CSA marker in the Family Cemetery on Dean Plantation Road. It is in Wythe County but very near the Carroll County line.
Hannah Hawks Dean, his wife is buried in the cemetery at Pine Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Carroll County. She does not have a marker but her grandson was buried beside her and he does have a marker.
Their daughter Luemma Adeline Dean married Andrew John Graham.........they are my grandparents.
We live at the historic Wythe County Poorhouse Farm and there is some info about our families and home on several sites on line.
