      David,
First off, there was no daughter Ethel, born of Warren Atkinson and Lilla Marion, what I meant to have typed was daugter Emma, not Ethel.

I hope this information is helpful, this should connect some of the families you show in you genealogy, which you have listed, but not linked. Rev. Wm. Henry H (probably Harrison) Atkinson, h/o Nancy Delighte Tipton, were the parents of my grandfather Warren Atkinson. His grandparents were Johnson Easley Atkinson and Elizabeth Horton Ingram. His great-grandparents were Josiah Samuel Atkinson and Susanna Wall (Pittsylvania, VA). His great-greatgrandparents were Samuel "Lemuel" Atkinson and Mary Ann Taylor (Henrico/Cumberland/ VA), his great-great-grandparents were Thomas Atkinson and Sarah Hughes, JR. (Quakers, Henrico, VA).

If you still have the Atkinson-Ingram Kin pages, Susanna Wall had parents Capt. Chas Wall and Elizabeth Bates (Halifax, VA). Charles' parents were Daniel Wall & Martha Scoggin (Halifax, VA), grandparents, John Wall and Ann Browne. Elizabeth Bates was the daughter of John Bates, IV and Elizabeth Alford of Halifax, VA. John Bates parents were John Bates III and Susannah Fleming (Quakers). John Bates descended from the Bates "First Families of VA". Susannah descended from Charles Fleming and Susannah Tarleton. Many distinguished lines decend from this family and Susannah Fleming's second marriage (Dollie Madison). Charles Fleming is said to have been a direct descendant of Malcolm Fleming, the 3rd Lord of Wigton and Jean "Janet" Stuart, the daughter of James, IV, King of Scotland and consort, "Lady" Isabel Agnes Stewart.

      David,

I told you wrong about Capt. Chas Wall's father's first name, it was David, not Daniel.

I am getting where I make simple mistakes more and more.
