Dear David
I wanted to pass along the fact that both of my parents recently passed away.
Elton Ross Marshall, Jr died October 9, 2000
Ruth (Shipley) Marshall July 25, 2001.
They had retired to Tappahannock, Virginia.
Both are buried at the Virginia State Veterans Cemetery in Amelia County, Virginia. I can get the plot numbers, if you are interested.
My parents had an early 1990's version of your genealogy of Martin Marshall's descendents - have you a more recent update and, if so, how can I get a copy?
Also, I'll be going through my parents belongings this fall. I know that there are a lot of Marshall family pictures from Caleb Tilden Marshall on down to me. I call scan these and transmit to you, if you'd like.
As for me, no changes - still married to Robin (Gewirz) Marshall and living in Colorado with two children, Kurt Daniel and Devon Elizabeth. My sister Gail Anne Hoffman still lives in Alexandria, Virginia.
Have you been in contact with any Marshalls in Colorado, other than myself?
