- April 28, 2012 - Marilyn Smith called me today and told me that, according to the online Find-A-Grave website, Franklin Dobson is buried in Snodgrass Cemetary in Bates County, Missouri. I went to the website and verified that information. There are pictures of his tombstone there. (David W. Marshall, Sr.
