Abraham married Mary (Polly) BOND in 1835. Mary was born in 1818; died in 1905; was buried in Longshoal, Carroll County, Virginia. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

2. Simon P. MARSHALL was born in 1838; died in 1884.
3. Alvers S. MARSHALL was born in 1842; died in 1910.
4. Rush Floyd MARSHALL was born in 1845; died in 1849.
5. John Wesley MARSHALL was born in 1847; died in 1849.
6. Asa H. MARSHALL was born in 1850; died in 1915.
7. Louisa MARSHALL was born in 1853; died in 1931.
8. Nancy Elizabeth MARSHALL was born in 1855; died in 1941.

!Simon Granser Marshall Sr. was buried in the Bond-Marshall Cemetery along with his wife and several more of his relatives. The cemetery is located only 1.5 miles from our Marshall Community Park on Ocala Road, Route 761 above Gary Marshall's Sugar Tree Farm. In 1997, the Simon Granser Marshall St. Association erected a marker with a bronze plaque, at a cost of $2,270.56. This was paid for from memorials and part of the proceeds from the sale of our Marshall book.

Simon married Sarah REECE on 27 Oct 1812 in , Surry County, North Carolina. Sarah was born in 1791 in Yadkin County, North Carolina. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
