    Notes:

    Born at 600 S. Main St., Salem. (CHWCI p. 702, birth date wrong). Lived in
    Spiceland, Indiana from 1932 to 1977. In 1977 she moved to Florida and lived
    around Saratoga and Tampa. She had several strokes following an operation to
    clear her arteries in 1987. She was an invalid when she died at 3:10 p.m.
    EDT in St. Marks Village in Palm Harbor Fl. However, her mind was reasonably
    clear to the end.
