Hello David:
Well, it took long enough, but I finally got around to getting this ready to send to you. I can't find in your database where you have anything on the family of my uncle, who was James Howard Marshall and his son, James Howard Marsahll, Jr. It seems my cousin sorta disappeared because of a dispute with his dad, and settled out West. Anyway, his son Jr., had four offspring which is shown on the attachment. Cheri is living in Arizona now and came over several years ago for the family reunion.

Here are the dates of death of my parents:
Arthur Vance Marshall, Sr. died August 15, 1997
Gladys Adeline Marshall died October 10, 2000

I am the father of Kenny Marshall, son of Arthur Vance Marshall, brother of Arthur, Jr. and grandson of Sidney Daniel Marshall. Arthur Sr. was buried in Charlotte NC in August 1997. His wife Gladys, my mom was also buried in Charlotte in October 2000. Like Kenny, I guess we are some kin but I will have to do

FISHER and Minnie Bell) was born on 5 Aug 1911 in Catawba County, North Carolina; died on 10 Oct 2000 in Ashville, Buncombe County, North Carolina; was buried in Oct 2000 in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. v. Arthur Vance MARSHALL was born on 22 Aug 1910. He was buried in Aug 1997. He married Gladys Fisher Marshall…lived in various places but eventually settled in Charlotte, NC and is buried there. His date of death: August 15,1997 He had Alzheimers. He and his wife, Gladys Adeline Fisher Marshall, daughter of George and Minnie Bell Fisher, had three children: Peggy Joyce Marshall who married William (Bill) Moran (now deceased) and had four children: William, Suzanne, Patty Lynn and Michele. They all reside in California. Later Peggy divorced Bill and married Edar Alseth, also from California. The had no children.
The second child is Arthur Vance Marshall, jr. He married Shirley Ann Thornburg. They had no children. Shirley is deceased. He has not remarried.
The third child is Kenneth Wayne Marshall. Wayne married Judy Carolyn Smith, second daughter of Lewis Patrick and Novilla Crocker Smith on August 12, 1962. Wayne and Judy had one child, a son, Kenneth Wayne Marshall, jr. on June 17, 1969. We call him Kenny. Kenny married Carisa Lynette Calvert on June 11, 1994. They have two children, Savannah Adair Marshall born March 13, 1996 in Asheville, North Carolina and Logan Alexander Marshall born on October 26, 2000
